Daniel Eisenberg is a registered patent attorney with over 15 years of experience drafting patent and prosecuting patent and trademark applications. The filed patent applications were directed to a variety of different technologies including: consumer products, medical devices, engine components, computer hardware/software, mobile apps, electro-mechanical devices, toys and games, business methods, fire retardant materials, and new manufacturing processes.
Daniel received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Mercer University, a Law Degree from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from Hofstra University. Daniel continues to explore other subjects of interest through continuing education at various institutions.
Daniel served as an Officer in the Armed Forces of the United States Reserves and received an Honorable Discharge in 2003.
Daniel is admitted to practice before the United States Patent Office and is a member of the New York and District of Columbia bars.
